This isn't a bug but a typo in the level 50 Culinary Quest they ask for 4 items one of the items they ask for is a HQ Crowned Cake however Crowned Cake is no longer in the game and what they really want is a Crowned Pie. They accept the pie fine.

Another possibility is that the craft Crowned Pie is wrong but that seems unlikely as the help text all indicates its a pie.

This is one case where the cake is a lie.
