PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!

i bought the game in psn the 20 august and link a SE account suspend, i created a ticket (2631426) BUT NO RESPONSE TODAY for this, i like play this game but dont play EA, dont play Release, dont play nothing, i buy in preorden for nothing, I am very upset with SE with this error and Service Desk with the ticket, i want play!!!!!!!!!!
