    Delay restoring my character

    Long story short, had a friend over and showed him the game, went afk to get food and came back to him deleting my character, this was on 09/03/2013. I have sent multiple messages to support talking about this, and both times i've gotten emails back saying i would get a response within 48 hours, its been a few days since then. Since contacting support outside the emails(live chat always gets to 1 and says nobody is available, calling doesn't work) i'm resorting to posting on here because hyperion has been full for a looooong time and i can't even bite the bullet and make a new character on there to get passed all of these shenanigans.

    I just want some clarity on this issue being resolved, because this is taking quite a while and i really want to play the game i paid for with the 80+ people on the server i was already on.

    Name was logan grimnar on hyperion, was a 32 warrior and 35 dragoon >_> i get posting made me change to this other character i briefly started since i've been waiting...
