If you had only entered an Early Access/Pre-order bonus code previously, then you need to enter the actual game code in order to play now.

You don't provide any sort of information so I don't see what you expect anyone here to say to you.

They were not very clear about anything. This has been the most difficult game to setup. The actual game registration code (which I found a few minutes ago) was not included with the sales receipt that I got in my email after purchase. SE cant expect people to just figure these things out themselves... www.findmyorder.com If you bought it online. That's where you will find your actual game registration code. That's however only a small portion of my problem. These servers are always full, and there isn't even a login Q when they are. I got to play during the pre release and that's it. I spent half of the pre release leveling a new toon on an alternate server because I couldn't login to my original.
