Let's not get all sensitive and explain yourself with reason. All I was doing was just voicing my observations. It cannot be helped and you should know this because your words aren't magical enough to change their individual behavior.Let's not start making judments/generalizations on a whole class/Job based on the misplaying of a few. There are bad players or "new" players in every class so you can really say that about anyone. There are those of us ARC/BARDS that do an amazing job with targeting and dodging AOE shots and contribute our fair share to the fight and deal quite a bit of damage might I remind you. Just sticking up for the awesome ARC's out there!
"Even after the darkest of nights, morning always comes."
Especially since people here are complaining about players, not the class. Quite funny actually.
For Pete's sake, everybody can change his/hers class with a snap of a finger, so this thread is basically meaningless. How can you talk about a “general population of a class” if there is no class restriction for ANY character. The tank you're complaining about could be playing a healer or any other class seconds after the instant.
Also, everybody is complaining on everybody else. Every single post here could be replaced with:
“YOU ALL EFFIN SUCK!” The End.
It’s not only rude, but childish and darn stupid.

I ran Haukke Manor with a TANK that did not mark mobs at all (EVER)...you know what I did...I adapted my play style to his and just went on with life...no big deal...it's our adaptability that will make us all better players. Now do I love running Dungeons with my FC/LS buddies better...of course... but sometimes we run on our own and it all works out.

Guildmaster Hammon is the cockiest class out there.
Without any doubt, the most cocky class is the Fisherman!
I have had some bad experiences with archers, they attack a monster the tank isn't attacking and get enmity (that is the same as aggro/threat right?) and then they run away quickly out of range if heals, while yet still getting hit. Atleast when they become bards they can help me replenish the mana I am using up on them XD
BLM tend to stand juuust out of range of my heals at times too.
However if I had to go with which class is the 'cockiest' it would have to be the tank. There was this tank once who, as soon as he came in said 'I don't need anything from this dungeon' then decided to rip into the new players when they were learning a boss (I wasn't one of the new players, I was the one trying to rally the poor guys who were feeling miserable when all they wanted was to have fun) , and he was all like 'This is getting old' and 'I can leave when ever I want' and then couldn't hold aggro for some reason, totes not the dps fault, (the tank was probs sulking) the poor dps dies despite my best efforts, and then the tank rage quits.
I usually do dungeons with my paladin brother for this reason :P He is much nicer to peps, but I couldn't this time because he was at work.

In my experience both ranged and melee DPS are the most likely not to dodge AOEs, especially dragoons and black mages. Healers are the most likely class for not dodging an AOE to cause a wipe. Tanks are the most likely to make a group fail a dungeon if they're bad. Tanks and ranged DPS are the most likely classes to nerd rage at the party for problems that are their own fault. Between the two, tanks are the most common. Melee DPS are the most likely to be terrible at teamwork and communication. They're also the most silent in chat. Bizarrely, DPS are the most likely to ragequit a group despite having the longest queues. Tanks are the most likely to be elitists who rage if everything doesn't go absolutely perfect, especially warriors. Tanks are the most likely to not know how to play their class.
I know it seems like I'm biased in favor of my own role, but honestly I rarely see healers causing problems. That might just be because I haven't done that many 8 player dungeons yet so I don't have as much experience dealing with other healers yet.

Says the guy whose highest class just unlocked dungeons 2 levels ago and has no experience to base his opinion on. Certain types of people are attracted to certain classes. After you've done a ton of dungeons you definitely start to see patterns emerge.Especially since people here are complaining about players, not the class. Quite funny actually.
