Commonly Archers/Bards have conflicted with other members of the party in an instance from my experiences.
They always seem to pull aggro despite their squishy well-being and quick death. Also an issue which is player-driven, is that they seem to think it is okay to not focus on one single target and shoot another causing the aggro to be pulled away from the Tank.

Black Mages are culprits of pulling aggro with their AOE, but I guess that cannot be helped and the Tank just has to bear with it.

My sister now avoids lancers like the plague. All I have to do is mention a lancer and she goes of the deep end because of a few... bad experiences with some admittedly cocky and bull-headed lancers. Her attempt at the three main story dungeons was *not* a happy or fun experience. As a tank it is her job to keep the mobs busy, she got locked out of several bossfights because of one lancer who woud just take off T.T

Sounds like bad smn to me and I know that be cause i play one. FYI i never send out titan to tank instead of tank, only to maybe of tank some stuff that needs attention but switch as soon as possible. I can keep my pet even alive fairly well, i know exactly which one to use best in which situation. More FYI if you sometimes see a smn use titan its maybe not be cause of tanking ability but of hp. Sometims you just cant keep pet alive be cause of too much aoe and stuff so the bigger HP pool and better survivabilty combined with less paying attention to pet, is better overall dmg.

Based on the dungeons I have done, I've generally found the DPS classes the most obnoxious and cocky ones.

Another class I tend to sympathize with. They are really squishy and blend into the background. I really never see a Bard standing out. Even as support they are very Meh. (At least from what I have seen thus far)

What tends to irritate me about Bards is many seem to never be aware of their surroundings. When a Boss throws an AOE at them, many just stand there like a deer in the headlights. The past 3 Bards I have fought with were always the first to go because they were not paying attention. Just kind of off in their own world. This does not make them cocky. But it is annoying as hell.
I'm sure a lot if it has to do with duty finder groups. All I hear is how much people suck in their DF parties, as far as LS and FC chat goes.

I'm happy that I have not fallen into those awful bard/archer instances that you guys speak of.

Anyways, I seem to have the most issues with tanks and lancers. I've been with multiple tanks, some marked the enemies and the other times I marked them. But they would run up to the enemies and just start attacking two randomly and telling us all to attack in order. Can you not count or something?

Then the 2 lancers I've been paired up with so far just keep running ahead of everybody, once even a whole group of monsters ahead of us, then get killed immediately.

The only problems I've seen come from targets not being marked. If there is no communication in the party, you're bound to have issues. As for duty finder, I can usually tell the df party will be bad when no one says a word when we first get in. When everyone talks, I've never had any problems.

As a tank, Archers. They prefer to DoT everything before I get AoE aggro, and then run away with mobs rather than getting it to me. If I mark something with a "1", attack the "1" before changing targets darn it >:

As a healer... I'm pretty cocky lol. If the tank is moving REALLY slow and waiting for 10 seconds between every pull, I'll just pull and self-heal/tank if I think I can handle it. I hate when tanks AFK all the time. If you cant play, stop grouping until you can.
