Account registration problem 9/8/13

Hi there,

I participated in the beta and used the pre-order code that was provided to me to register at that time. This granted me early access before the game launched.

My understanding is that by using the pre-order code you are supposed to have access to the game for 30 days once it went to launch.

What's odd is today when I tried to log in, the game behaved like I was not registered. When I checked the MOG station area, it says I was registered as of August 17th ... however the the service account status is presently listed as INACTIVE. There was no secondary registration code that was sent to me once the game went "launch" and if I try to use my pre-order code at the query it says that it has already been redeemed. My credit card shows that it was charged on 9/3/13.

Can anyone clear up what is going on here and how I can resolve this issue?

Figured out the issue. There was a second registration code (not the preorder code) that is listed at www.findmyorder.com

I was able to enter that and it allowed my account to be accessed. It wasnt clear that this step was even required since the pre-order code that was mailed to me enabled the account initially...
