Hatching-Tide 2012. How do you get the blue Lodestone character portrait?

I've gotten all the rings (including the bonus one), all the achievements and the title. The "Scrambled Eggs" quest is complete, yet I only have the basic easter mugshot on my Lodestone profile, not the shiny one with the blue background. Am I still missing something?

Apparently it has something to do with the hatching basket or talking to the NPC who gave you the secret ring again, or something... I just went in-game, tried to talk to a number of npcs, tried to place more odd eggs inside the basket, and apparently now it's good

There is typically a delay between the time you complete seasonal events and the time the background applies to your Lodestone. Perhaps it just needed time?
