Crashing at various periods causing windows to stop the program.

My fiance's alien-ware laptop has been having several issues lately with random game crashes. There is no apparent pattern. It just seems to happen. Sometimes its every 20 minutes sometimes she can play for hours. It has seemed to pick up a bit in Ul'dah though. This is the current error log message:

We have already done a system refresh and reinstall of the game. Her laptop is brand new, less then a month old or so. I don't foresee any other solutions. Anyone have any suggestions?

Same Error. New Laptop and the game worked fine until sunday. Since then I had constant chrashes.

Does your laptop use a nvidia graphics card by chance? (bump for any other opinions.)

I had a problem with random crashes too. I tried reinstalling and updating drivers, but it didn't work. Then someone told me to try switching to borderless window mode (I was playing fullscreen) and since then I haven't had a single problem. Maybe that might work for your fiancee too?

she is playing in border-less windowed mode atm. Perhaps i will update everything and then try it out in different modes, and see what works best.
