Most efficient way to level to 30?

My CNJ is 26 (need like 20% to hit Lv. 27) and since I got the day of tomorrow I'd like to hit 30 then work on Arcanist (15) and maybe hit White Mage

That being said, as a healer, which would be the most efficient/fastest way to level? I've been doing The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak, and stopped main quests because I hit a red quest from time to time.

Read about FATES, but I find it sort of waste of time running around? Or maybe I should group up instead of doing it solo?

Its usually fate farming but here is a rough way from 1-50

1-12: Horizon in Western Thanalan (Thanalan)
13-20: Aleport in Western La Noscea (La Noscea)
21-30: Quarrymill in South Shroud (Black Shroud)
28-34: Wineport / Costa Del Sol in Eastern La Noscea (La Noscea)
30-38: Dragonhead in Coerthas Central Highlands (Coerthas)
38-42: Revenant’s Toll in Mor Dhona
42-50: Ceruleum Processing Plant in Northern Thanalan (Thanalan)

Dungeons and Guildhests (should do at least once for initial bonus xp but spamming them isn't really optimal)

Fates

Fates are great, and they tend to happen in and around other things you're doing. My advice is to play your story and class quests, pick up any fates that are convenient, and do your hunting logs. That's usually enough to keep you in line with the content the story mode is providing.

Fates are without doubt the fastest way to level, but also the most boring. And during peak Fate-grind hours (weekends and weekday evenings) it is often difficult to achieve 'gold' (get the maximum exp reward) as a CNJ until you get Holy ability at level 45. Jumping into a fate group is definitely preferred as you'll get credit for killing mobs by healing people in the party as opposed to trying to get credit by tabbing and applying aero to everything.

I don't believe that GC hunt logs give exp.
