did i screw myself over? (main story spoilers)

ok so last night i got to lvl 49 and was tired so i decided to turn the last main story quest i did in and then go to bed then lvl to 50 and finish it which is what i did only problem is i cant do next quest.

the last quest i did was the rescue mission in mor dhona where you rescue'd everyone from the emperial camp. i went back to cid's workshop turned in the quest and wasnt high enough to pick up the next quest so i teleported to gridania went to the inn logged off logged back on this morning lvled to 50 and tried to go back but i cant seem to enter cid's workshop. i tried talking to the big guy outside slafborn but he wont let me in so i dont know what to do now i want to finish the main story

Check your recommendations menu and see if there is a meteor symbol anywhere. I think after that point you are supposed to talk to a NPC in the camp but you might not be seeing them if there are a ton of people in the zone.
