Food for the though quest (Limsa)

I wonder if someone have manage to get this side quest done? I try to speak with this 5 npc that is involved in thhis quest but nothing happens. Any idea?

Lol, yah, thats why reading what the NPC is saying helps.

Actually, the quest says "Don't forget to "psych" yourself up before you talk to the five", which can be confusing to the player, as it can be interpreted as "use the /psyche-command before you talk to the npc", and not as "target the npc and use the /psych-command to interact with the NPC", so a bit vague translation there

It works exactly like the early Limsa mission in the fishing guild...
