I am trying to find out if it is possible to resize party frames. Thats my only issue with mine atm. Btw, how did you move chatbox?

What I want to know, is how you added another hotbar list, and how to make it so not 10 have to be displayed. I'd love to have the mount/companion commands/food on a separate hotbar entirely that I can click on, rather than taking up my 1 - = / Ctrl + 1 - = hotbars, I'd rather save those for job abilities and such.

After seeing other people's layouts I ended up tweaking mine a bit.

Thanks to des mentioning that you can still use hotbar shortcuts while the bars are hidden, I moved my DoW gear sets to a hidden bar bound to the G keys and also hid the marking bar.

I also really liked toragami's idea of having the Limitbreak Gauge above the Parameter bar, so I changed that and moved a few other things around to make it look a bit tidier.

You can find the Hotbar display toggles in the Character Configuration menu (ESC -> Char Config -> Hotbars Settings (bottom left)). There's also an option to hide empty slots so you can simulate the look of shorter bars or have overlap without obscuring other interface elements.
Btw I'm assuming you're on PC - if you're playing on PS3 with a mouse and keyboard the options might be a lot more limited.

Both options are under Character Configuration -> hotbar settings
