Here is mine:

(1920 x 1080 with most UI components on the smallest setting with Ctrl + Home)


Bottom Left is general chat, shouts, yells etc,
Upper Left is Loot
Bottom Right is LS, FC, Party, tells chat so I don't miss the important stuff.

Mine's pretty simple. I've changed it around a few times just to get more comfortable with it, but we all could use the ability to tweak it more.



I'd echo much of what's already been said for a wishlist of additional UI options... I hate having to work around silly things that I don't need or would condense.

I'd like a way to hide the hotbar via macros, without the need to go to the menu. Googling that, I found something like /hotbar Toggle on or off [Number], but when I try to use it replacing Number with the hotbar number, it says that I'm using it the wrong way. Do you know how to use it the right way? Or a complete list of chat commands?

Is there any plans to make the UI more effective for PS3 in the future if using a mouse and keyboard? Anyone have any news on that? If you do, I'd be really appreciated if you could send me a link about it. I think PS3 should be able to use the PC's UI if a mouse and keyboard is in use.

Again if you guys hear or heard of anything, please, please, please let me know.^^

This is my main, just started the game recently so I'm not 50 yet. Going to re-vamp all my skill placements and keybinds when I do since Dragoons are very rotation heavy and my final rotation skill is at 50. Just a disclaimer! Eventually the hotbars will be hidden and skills completely remapped (1,2,3 ; alt+1,2,3; ctrl+1,2,3, shift+1,2,3) once I get used to the gameplay and skill sets.

Always loved the classic HUD (the one in ff11 over the new default one, which so likes WoW's that won't suit for today's widescreens.)
Chat log in the bottom and keep both sides clear and nice so that my eyes won't lose focus when I have to read chat logs while playing the game itself. Very straightforward. K.I.S.S.
