    Post-dungeon run peer rating system

    A peer rating system needs to be added as a brief questionnaire popup at the conclusion of a dungeon run. Basically it needs to have you rate your tank 1-10 and your healer 1-10. If someone gets too many low ratings as a tank or healer they are not allowed to queue again for dungeons for 6 months.
