I can't think of an MMORPG that offers a complete appearance change for free aside form hair/tattoos/accessories.

FFXIV is the first i've seen doing it for free with a Phial of Fantasia at no-cost for your first month. (Two for Legacy Characters)
Sing it brother. I find it amazing how people can afford a PS3/4 or computer and pay internet/monthly game fees then expect everything to be free.
