I cancelled my automatic subscription renewal. I think this game is ok and I would keep playing, but I would be more inclined to keep it going if I could change my character.
I want to make it clear that I did not cancel in protest of the lack of Phials. It has been a contributing factor to the decision.

Why not just make them rewards for tomes. Maybe make them max myth tomes so that way they take awhile to earn and that would also prevent people from switching often as it would take a few weeks to earn one.

I'd laugh if Phials of Fantasia were 1,000 mythology.

Just discovered this thread, would love to be able to change my name and race.

I already used my phial but would love a chance at a total name+ re customization. I understand if they want to add a timer so people don't change around a lot, but just having the option would be nice.

Name change would be for obvious reasons as I'd no longer find my name fitting for my new race

Information on 2.1 and the next batch of veteran rewards has come and gone and still no news about Fantasia. Please make this a priority, such a small thing means a lot to players who sink hundreds of hours into their characters. It doesn't matter how this is made available, even another mailed to every player would be nice for now, please just make it happen.

So they replied back to me with like 3 whole paragraphs detailing how the fantasia is obtained through the rewards after a month of sub and how the item restoration works. x_x. I already know all that. Guess I'll just repost the message since they closed the ticket.

Did you ever get it sorted out? Did they start the restoration process for you?

Actually they did address it in the live letter.

Q30: Will there be a chance to receive another phial of Fantasia in the future?

A30: While it won’t be addressed in patch 2.1, we will be making this possible as an optional service.
