I completely agree with this. I restored mine because I actually lost it by accident (stupid connection issues and a lousy PS3) and when I explained what happened it seemed very much so that this wasn't my actual item restoration. I contacted them and told them I didn't think it was fair (and it actually states in that support tab that if you think you are eligible you can request another item restoration) and they just disregarded it and told me I'd already used it. Maybe it's in the fine print, but I sure didn't realize.

Name change is not good it will make scammers' work easier. Instead, restyling your own character is a must. I say 14,00 euro without change name option. And also, hurry up!

Yeah, which is also exactly why I'm frustrated too I'm very patient and understand how long things can take but it's the fact we don't even have any info, if they had said ages ago 'we will implement them but maybe in 6 months or so' I would have been happy, but they've said for a long time now that it's going to happen, and I just want to be happy with my character
