use your item restore, problem solved. took a couple of weeks for mine to get processed but its much better than waiting on this thread to produce desired results =p

They do really need to speed up a little on this, it's extremely high in demand and I can't imagine it takes this long to implement it. I am glad they're adding more Fantasia's though so I can't really complain, just hurry SE, we are excited ^^

Also, I think maybe Square Enix are putting this off a lot to get other updates done and dusted, but when you're not happy with your character you can't enjoy the game as much. I only speak for myself here but I would rather them implement the potions before any other update.

Not everyone wants to use that for a Fantasia, if you loose a drop/item or purchasing the wrong tombstone piece in the future you're screwed.

I feel the same with my thread about Gender Locked items, they said they'd add an NPC a while ago if I got enough support. Nothing so far.

Getting that sort of "Oh god just do it already" feeling, but I can wait. It's such a low priority thing that it probably won't get added for ages (similar to this).

Spot on! There's a priority list of implementation, and sadly this is quite far down the list.

The way they have Fantasia restore and item restore as two separate subjects in the "support" tab in game is misleading.
If you read the full explanation its states they are one and the same. But that's at the way way bottom of the item restore explanation.
The Fantasia restoration request has its own tab, its own text and title.

I rushed it and restored a fantasia, but now I can't restore anything else in game.

The way they set up the two tabs for the same service was misleading. Intuitively one would think they are two separate services, not occupying the same slot.

Grinds my gears... they could have just made 1 tab and said "blah blah blah etc... restore any item.... one time only ...blah blah etc...PLEASE NOTE you can ALSO use this request to restore a fantasia BUT will then not be able to restore anything else. THIS IS A ONE TIME DEAL!"

I completely agree with this. I restored mine because I actually lost it by accident (stupid connection issues and a lousy PS3) and when I explained what happened it seemed very much so that this wasn't my actual item restoration. I contacted them and told them I didn't think it was fair (and it actually states in that support tab that if you think you are eligible you can request another item restoration) and they just disregarded it and told me I'd already used it. Maybe it's in the fine print, but I sure didn't realize.
