I just received my fantasia in the mail. It took 24 days since I submitted my original ticket. I do believe what sealed the deal is that less than 12 hours ago I submitted a ticket that indicated how unsatisfied I was with the wait time and how many other MMOs that charge the same subscription have much better service.

My main issue is that this doesn't even require a patch, a simple website update and it's done.. the item is already in the game and they already have a means of distribution (mog mail)

I wonder what's taking so long :P

Well, I might finally be getting somewhere with my case of nearly 40 days.
On Monday, I sent in yet another reply. As politely as I could, I expressed disappointment in my item restoration experience as a paying customer. I also made mention of their apparent inequity with how they are fulfilling these requests.

This morning, I received a reply that said my case has been personally escalated, and would receive the phial within 24 hours. I'll let you know how it goes.

As someone who tries to be a polite, friendly person, it kinda saddens me that I had to darken my tone with them to get anywhere with this.

i'm happy for all the people finally received their Fantasia. i just cant bring myself to use the 1-time item restore on this as alrdy been mentioned by so many people, why is it taking so long for this to happen? just put it in motion alrdy, we'll get what we want and u'll get more money from us..what's the problem?

I'm pleased to announce that after 24 agonizing days of waiting, I've finally received my restored Phial of Fantasia! The process really does work, it just takes FORVER! Hope this gives some people a small glimmer of hope.
