Not for another few months.

But as the dev quotes in the OP say, it's definitely being added, it's just not a high priority at the moment.

Just wrote a small request to the support ingame, asking for a restoration of my Fantasia potion. The GM answered within one hour, that he received my request & that the support will handle it soon. So in a few days, my second Fantasia should arrive in my Mogry box.

Definitely worth a try. Never thought the support would answer on a Sunday.
But take care, that the item restoration only works one time. At least this is what the terms are saying.

This is written kinda ambiguous...

Is it your "second Fantasia" because you had your original one restored or is it your 2nd restored one? Because if they don't really care about the "one time only" recovery I might try my luck again as well.

FFXIV support will perform an item restoration one time per account. This includes fantasia potions that have been already been used. Make sure you get it right the second time, you won't get it back again.
