So they replied back to me with like 3 whole paragraphs detailing how the fantasia is obtained through the rewards after a month of sub and how the item restoration works. x_x. I already know all that. Guess I'll just repost the message since they closed the ticket.

Did you ever get it sorted out? Did they start the restoration process for you?
