Nope.

The veterans rewards aren't reoccurring.

It goes on a 'clock in' basis.

"You've paid 30 so far, here's Reward Tier 1, you've now paid 60, here's Reward Tier 2", it goes in increments not decrements.


However, they've said in the dev response (check the OP for it), that they want to add in more ways to get it, (perhaps the next set of veterans).
It could be anyone guess right now what they choose.
