This smells like p2w. You have a p2p game, do not kill it with a store.

Wow...just wow...You think it is P2W to change the way your character looks.

P2W is getting stats or game advantages. It is getting XP boosts or gear that gives a TACTICAL advantage within the game. Changing your character's look or name is a BASIC MMO service, and does NOT involve a "shop" of any sort. It also does not create any advantages at all in the game.

In the world you live in, you believe that people should NEVER be allowed to go to the store and get new clothes. You believe that once we have a look we have to remain that way forever. You believe I am not allowed to go get my hair cut or re-styled. I am not allowed to get a new tattoo or piercing. I am not allowed to go to a surgeon and get a skin redo because of that nasty scar I got from a bicycling accident. I am also not allowed to change my name in your world.

Okay . . . enjoy your bubble . . .

I'm surprised by how many players hate the way they look.

I think my character looks awesome, but I really do support having the ability to change that once in a while. later on they may add a hairstyle or something into the game and it'd be neat to get access to that without having to create a new character to enjoy it. One of the biggest thing I am lobbying for is name changes as well. Name and look changes go hand in hand.

i got my fantasia item restoration in about 4 days after i submitted a ticket, but i made the in-game request as well as send an email through web support.

Some sort of definite answer, PLEASE. Even if you say "Sorry guys, no new Fantasia until 2.1" then I'd at least know when to look forward to it.

Why would we need this when we all got 1-2 potions already to do this, as far as name changing goes as well, seriously people re-roll if you're that unhappy with the character you created. No one forced you do create what you've made/named. Asking them to do this, is just slowing down the bug problems they already can't solve/handle, so why slow down the over all process of the game cause you're unhappy with your character?

I'm not falling 8 weeks behind on Myth caps, no way.

WTB Phial of Fantasia, name change is less important but its true it would not fit my desired race/gender/appearance.
