In the Live Letter they said they are looking into a system to implement it on the mog station and that we'll have to wait a little longer. Still, this hasn't just been an issue for a 2 weeks.

I don't see how hard it is for them to implement it via mogstation. After your 1st month you pay the sub then you get the item from the mail moogle. The same thing is done with their vet rewards.

The system is pretty much in place. They just need to add it in optional services. Pay it and then log into the game and voila! Fantasia!

I've been saying this many times on this thread yet i still don't understand why se has there finger up there bum on this one yet charge for an extra retainer wonders never cease with this company.. how many times have i heard it takes a while to implement bah like an extra retainer they pulled out of there arse for 2.2.. yet most are not going to pay $2 extra a month when while making an assumption that at least 85% of ppl have the 8 characters per server account takes about a day or less to get to lvl 18 then a retainer 2 in fact.. ppl are screaming for this service charge $15-$20 ...iam seriously lost on this server space extra retainer bullshit whats next personal housing at $2 a month because of server space etc??? they still stand to make more off ppl wanting to change there character!!!
