Sell Fantasia on the Mogstation

Hey I just want to ask how long did u guys get back your fantasia after used item restoration?

I was able to get mine in 2 days. Funnily enough, though, my brother is still waiting on his almost 2 and a half weeks after he submitted his ticket. I'm not sure what the setup is; I guess I got lucky? but he only put his ticket in a day after mine. I'm still unsure why I was able to receive my fantasia so quick and he wasn't.

I put in a ticket over two weeks ago for a Fantasia restoration. After about 6 days I asked again and was told my issue was "escalated" and still under investigation. Now after 15 days I was told my request was undergoing review.

I don't even believe them anymore. Why is this so hard?

2 weeks later, and I'm still waiting for a fantasia potion. Each time I check to see how the status of my request is, I'm given some sort of automated service. I feel like I'm going round in circles.

Update: My friend this morning was able to get his fantasia potion after 2 days. I asked what he said in his ticket, and it was almost exactly the same as mine. He said he saw an "Fantasia Item restoration" FAQ at the front of his support menu. Upon closer inspection, I couldn't find this on mine. I even searched for it, and the "Support Team" button appeared. He's EU (I'm NA), so I'm wondering if their requests are handled quicker/differently? Please tell me if I'm reaching here.

Did you make a request through the support in-game or by email? I tried in-game a couple days ago, got a response earlier today that they were looking into it, and just now got the Fantasia in my mail.

I must have been extremely lucky, looking at some of these responses. I put my ticket in on the 22nd - I specified my character name, and which world I used the fantasia in. About a day or so later, they sent me a confirmation email saying that they were 'looking into it' and thanked me for my patience. Earlier today, I received the fantasia in my mog mail. It took 4 days for it to arrive. I'm honestly not sure why it takes longer for some and shorter for others
