I don't see what the big deal would be if someone decides they'd fork over the cash to pay for something entirely cosmetic, IE it doesn't change or affect your game play experience WHAT so ever so why should some of you care what someone wants to do with their character or not.

Its their money, not yours, its their character, NOT yours. Its also UNIQUE-UNTRADEABLE its not like people can turn around and SELL them. This is LITERALLY no different than someone paying for a server transfer, its a SERVICE. If you don't want it, DON'T BUY IT, no one is forcing you to.

No, A courtesy fantasia potion would make more logic since they will be selling these on mog station soon, I don't understand why it has to fall in the 1 time restore method. I used mine a while back and was really upset because my swimsuit did not convert to a female so I wanted to be a male again basically with what I started as. I mean you can go make a new character and bam there is a new fantasia potion in that new characters mail but we can not transfer or trade it so I don't understand why I am waiting so long for it. And I do not understand why this one item should take the 1 life time restore its madness.

In aion we could have a gm restore an item if it was deleted or sold within a certain amount of time, I deleted my characters on aion and they restored those too but the limit was 3 times on characters and it took maybe 2 days max to get an item restored. I don't see why im waiting this long but tbh if I don't get it by the time my sub is up I will be looking for another game to play and have been since I can not stand to play a female character period!

Reading all these posts I guess I got lucky. I followed the instructions to ask my fantasia potion back through the one item restore and I got it in my mail roughly 3 hours later.

I just want to drop this here again so people confused about using the restoration service know how to send in a ticket. It's not entirely straight forward.

Sorry for the late reply, had to log on to the game to explain it better.

Press Esc to go to System Menu > Support Desk > click "Search Database" (you can leave the field empty) > click "Support Team"

From there I set Question 1 as "In-Game" and Question 2 as "Game Master Services"

In the body I basically said that I made a mistake with my original Phial and I would please like to use my one time item restoration service to have my Phial of Fantasia restored.

Finally got my Fantasia yesterday. Pretty much told them that this is the poorest excuse for a 'customer service team' I've ever seen. Never have I been given the run around on a service that I have paid for and continue to pay for. IDK if that made them push it through faster, or it was just coincidence. But it was literally a few hours later.
