Got a reply to my ticket saying they are sorry that I lost an item and are investigating my account to see if I did indeed lose it. That just means they didn't even bother to read the body of my ticket and just clicked on a copy & paste answer. Go SE Support!![]()

Got the exact same E-mail been over a week and a half and nothing, sent another ticket they said they are escalating it..... UGH!!!
I have two Fantasia's but I'm scared to use one, hate my decision, change back to Lalafell, and be boned if they add more character customization options (like the upcoming freckles). TBH, we should be getting one of these a month as a subscription bonus until they are available to purchase separately.

I submitted a ticket, took about a week to get a reply that they are "investigating" and it's been a week since then with no replies.
Should I submit another?

I have learned it is best to deal with customer service by phone. Granted it can be a wait at times, but it is well worth it. I am quick to complain at times but also quick to give praise when it's deserved and SE's telephone support team really goes above and beyond in helping customers with issues. Just a suggestion, obviously not to this person whose issue was likely resolved long ago, but to anyone having an issue in the future.
