
You're STILL waiting?!As I mentioned a few pages back, I've been waiting since December 9th, so it's nearly my 1-month anniversary! I feel for you guys that are at the two-week mark, but unless you have faster GMs investigating your requests, plan on waiting much longer
I'm starting to think the same thing that others have brought up; they may just be deliberately stalling at this point due to Fantasia becoming available through other means. (Hopefully soon.) I just wish they'd be up front about it if that is indeed the case and provide an ETA.

Frustratingly, yes. I even, upon the advice of SE phone support, opened a separate request under a different ticket. The only thing that got me was a "yes, we know you really want your fantasia, please be patient as we are investigating on a first come, first serve basis, yadda yadda yadda..." reply. Phone support thought filing another request might go to a different GM or support team. Judging by the response, I think it went straight to the same GM / team. Not surprising. Something tells me that their "first come-first serve" machine is glitchy. I considered writing a reply that basically informs that I have FC friends that have gotten their Fantasia requests granted in under a week's time, "so what's the deal, yo?" *Jesse Pinkman voice*, but I don't want to get on their bad side while I'm waiting for a item restoration request to be granted. Sad thing is, even though I'm probably coming across as the opposite, I'm starting not to care, and getting used to a character appearance that I'm disappointed with.

I did the same thing, and had the exact same response from SE. I am immensely frustrated at their slower-than-a-snail pace, and disappointed in their horrible customer service regarding this. I'm just now at the two week mark, and if it seriously takes two weeks or more, on top of this, I could probably just level an alt. I regret going from Lalafell to Miqo'te now. I should have went Roegadyn like I thought to do at first. Now I can't get a restore since it was back in November I think. More phials would be lovely to come back to since I'm currently unable to play.

I have never seen a gm or mod respond to our questions, Do they have GM's and mods?

Well I just received a reply that they would restore the phial and that it would be sent in the Mog Mail. It has been 16 days since I submitted my original ticket. Now to see how long it actually takes to get it.
