I've had issues with BLM/THM lately just spamming their fire like crazy until they have no MP at all and ALL the aggro. I try to explain to them to stop with fire when their aggro bar gets too high and stack up their MP with ice to drop aggro. "Stfu I know what I'm doing." Obviously not :\
