Guildleve- Blood in the Water

I've had it happen now twice in a row where I end up short on crystals and no respawns on the elementals. I've had tagged elementals not react to the poke (no crystal) response, or I've had sufficient crystals but the tagged animals do not change to the target mob after using the crystal on them.

Not sure if it's a bug or bad luck working as intended

Had a similar problem with this leve just now, pretty much every leve mob I /poked gave "no response" regardless of whether or not it was one of my targets. Pretty much had to fight them all to find out.
