120 minutes queue and party disband after first try... Is this a game?

Are players no longer trying to enlist from their own server first? Be sure to ask
once in your LS/FC, then shout in either a town or at the dungeon entrance, also
be sure to LFP and use the player search function.

After you've exhausted those, then go to the Duty Finder, The whole point of DF
is to match you with people that also want to do that content. If nobody on another
server is queu'd for that content, that matches your party setup needed, the queue
will take a long time. You can also enter DF with a partially formed party form your
server and it will finish the rest out (cutting your time in the DF) Hope that information
helps! I too have had some long wait times before, but we try to help in our FC when
we're able.

If you're just entering DF by yourself, it may take a while, because the match up is first
come first serve and there is a long line of DD

As a healer the average wait time for me is 45 minutes to over an hour.

As a healer my average wait time is approximately 15 seconds. Are you playing during off hours?

I think this is also why WoW and a number of other games have 3 DPS per group instead of 2... it helps make the game support the actual ratio of Tanks/Healers to DPS. Yes, SE can try to adapt the player base to their game by making playing a tank or a healer more appealing, but I kind of think adapting the game to fit the players might be a better idea in the long run.

I can add 44 minutes "reserving instance" as a healer (scholar)

so a main part of this is due to the fact that everyone is FATE grinding to 50 and at 50 they already have the quest to rank up by doing AK and many people jump right into AK in AF or less and do not have the gear to make the demon wall DD requirement.

I have had tanks that cant even stay alive for the first trash pull, ones who just are not equipped (skill or gear) to handle this place yet, and I have stayed with some of them, full 2hr run (not including wait) to not finish it before timer, its not fun.

I use FC and rarely need more then one from DF now, and this works best. ONE inexperiance learning AK player is ok, but 2-3 isnt worth the time.

Also, queues are very long as max number of concurrent AK are being hit it seems since full groups have 15min+ waits to get an instance reserved all weekend

My avg wait time is less than 5 minutes as a PLD.
