120 minutes queue and party disband after first try... Is this a game?

Really? So, I waited 120 minutes in queue to make a single run in Amdapor Keep.
After first boss try, healer left because tank was not well equipped (and not so good, but he can learn).

So let me understand how's possible this be called a GAME. I'm supposed to have fun, I worked entire day (yea on sunday, I'm a freelance), I wanted 2 hours of rest which involved 2 hours of FISHING, which possibly is even MORE BORING than just waiting in queue.

After 120 minutes of queue party left? I find a bit URGENT to put some new instance server, actually the situation is insane.
