    DoTs, Battle Log, and Parsers

    How does one make DoT ticks show up in the in-game Battle log so that parsers can track their damage?

    That's why parsers aren't reliable right now.

    SO not counting crits, dispells and so on from my understanding

    Right now the FF14APP is REALLY wonky in regards to DoTs. Every time they try and come up with a new solution, it breaks in a new way. So, obviously, this screws with some classes more than others. Summoners at this point are kind of a mystery. BLMs I feel like the parser is at least fairly useful for, since they only have one DoT. And you are correct that it does not count crits, because it has no way of identifying them.

    Yeah FF14-App is completely broken. DoT are not even showing anymore except for SMN (and that's only Bio and Bio II).
    LogRep seems to still works the same way. Still DoT crit are not counted.
