It seems that Jynx wrongly misinterpreted Yoshi-P's 250k player number to mean 250k total players/purchasers, implying that sales were extraordinarily low. What Yoshi-P actually said was that there were 250k simultaneous connections, making the total of number players much higher. Raijin was simply correcting Jynx.

By the way, Yoshi-P's actual number was 325k concurrent connections.

That's good news! I'm leveling a DPS right now, but I have a 20ish CONJ and hoping to level a Marauder after that. There will be more random people to do dungeons with :3

I have same feeling. I keep hearing from players they will play for month but not renew the sub. I have a feeling that population is going to drop a lot.

Also the PC sales don't look all the stellar to me.

for PC they are mixing Sells of 1.0 and ARR, i think 1.0 shipped 630k in past

All vgchartz SUPPOSEDLY tracks is retail. It does not count people who had 1.0 but didn't buy it (me). It doesn't track digital. It doesn't track SE's official site. I don't think it even tracks amazon. vgchartz is fking worthless tbh, and they make up numbers often, or get their numbers from a "research" firm that will make stuff up as well.

I'd bet real money that plenty of the 'sales' are just bot farms buying up enough licenses for them :/
