Sadly its not garrenteed. I generally find I get about a 20% chance overall. Still, if your willing to put in the time, its easier on the wallet.

I guess that i'll just keep doing what i did before (farming AK and etc) with the accessories, instead of grinding just for soulbond since its so boring, i wanted to kill myself ._.

From the 2 rings and the 1 necklace I bought, which cost me around 15k in total, I ended up with one Quicktongue III

Just sent and spend 24,000 on 2 rings, earring and necklace. Going to hope for at least 1 more

When i noticed this recently i was like wth my main char is on Zodiark and it feels like we getting ripped off somehow in EU.
I mean this is rediculous look at the big diffrnce
in US servers they pretty much have it really easy there.
People in the EU server need to master the economy still i guess but its still insane to me D: i dont want to pay alot of gill that i earn very hard to 1 item and start all over again .

It's because Zodiark is a new server and the markets ain't stable yet. I also started from Zodiark. When I moved to Shiva i was baffled how cheap some stuff were compared to what I was used to. But this also works the other way around for example some crafting mats that were worth nothing in Zodiark were sold immediately at high price in here.

Given some time and more population i'm sure the prices in Zodiark will go down too.

Lich Server, That Mataria only cost 48k-100k. Often 40k+
