    Logging out and in doesn't fix it.
    A full client reboot fixes it.

    The bug appears also if I just open the "report cheating" window without sending anything. After few tries (client reboots) the message template stopped loading at all.

    Moreover when the bug appears the shutdown function will make the client hang on a black window after the logout. A few clicks will make the "waiting" cursor appear until an error window asks me to wait for the application to recover or to shutdown it.

    Without the bug the shutdown function works correctly.

    So summarizing, the steps are:
    1. open "support desk" and wait for the news to load
    2. click "contact us" tab
    3. click "report cheating" and wait for it to become interactable
    4. close the "report cheating" window
    5. close the "support desk" window
    6. reopen the "suport desk" window
    7. notice that neither the "information" tab or "news" tab will load any info.

    Anyway this happened to a friend too.
