Target System Adjustments 1.17a -- Not Good

My target is constantly locking to "party" or "enemy" or "friendly" because I use auto-run a lot while pressing other buttons. Then I have to type /tmode b →　/tmode a just to get it back to "all".

I dont see what was wrong with the target system before 1.17a that they needed to change it... Do/Can we have the option to turn the new adjustments off?

I didnt quite get the adjustments they made, mine seems no different, but I use tmodeA with thing on All, and auto lock on turned off.

Agreed. I also find myself accidentally switching targeting modes by pressing other buttons while turning on/off auto-run. I'm sure in the next update they will add a feature to turn this on/off just like they did the last time.

The changes are fantastic. Set it to Enemies, left/right targets Enemies and up/down party members. Perfect.

I'm guessing you guys use keyboard? This change just made controller targeting NEAR perfect! I now use target mode A while in 'enemy target mode'. Since up and down is locked to party members its much better than using tmode B and selecting party members out of order or accidently changing targeting modes^^, along with the fact in Tmode A and using enemy I can now just hit my 'confirm' button and it targets the nearest npc/pc Rarely use macro anymore... Never accidently changed targeting modes cause you DON'T have to hold auto run to you know... auto run...

If you wanna auto run just tap it and do your other stuff xD The new controls are holding auto run button while pushing another button... why would u hold the auto run button and push other buttons if your intention was just to auto run and do other stuff? I don't get it... easy solution... DON'T HOLD AUTO RUN BUTTON if you don't wanna change targeting modes LoL Simple solution to a simple problem imo ... anyways *flame-on*, I'm guessing you won't agree xD

ya alot of controler users were having issues plus, this fixes a issue for ps3 players before it was an issue.

I like target mode B, But now we have all pluses of targetmode A an B in one targetmode.

Yes, this was definately a great update for gamepad users. Now all we need is /assist and /targetpc and targetnpc.
