Question about linking PS3 version to PC account...help!

Hey all! So I have a CE v1.0 PC addition from way back but the last few years have not been nice to my computer and after 26 levels of blue screens I decided to just go out and get the PS3 version. How do I link this to my current account?

The mog station says to do it separately through the sony entertainment network but I will be honest, I hate the SE network, because I always seem to enter things in the wrong places. Can anyone walk me through how to enter my code and link my accounts? Do I need to create yet another SE account (I think I have 3 by accident already, one with playstation + on it that is the only one I use) or can I use my main account? How will it know what account I want it to link to through Square enix's page?

Any help would be awesome as I dont want to register incorrectly and then have a long customer service issue on my hands.

not sure your confusion... your SE account is the same regardless you just login with your SE credentials on your ps3 and your PSN gets linked to the SE account...

After you input the code for the PS3 version into your PSN account, when you load the game it will as you to log in with your Square-Enix account for FFXIV. Do so. Now make sure you select the same account you have the PC set to. DO NOT MAKE A NEW SERVICE ACCOUNT. After you have added the PS3 Service to your PC/1.0 account, then you can just log in like normal.
