Left + Right trigger crossbar

Back on the Beta forums there was talk that another cross hot bar would be available by holding down the left & right triggers. I was just curious if this idea was still in the works to be implemented or If it were scrapped. It would be extremely helpful on jobs such as smn,sch and many others, when using gamepad. An answer would be greatly appreciated.

While I don't know if they will be implementing a second cross bar, one think that helped me was having my cross bar switch when I went into active mode. It allows all buffs on the first bar, and all active items used in combat on your secondary bar. The bars automatically flip when you toggle active/inactive. It takes some time to set up each job but is well worth it.
