"Target not in range" during story mode Titan fight no matter what.

I play an archer, and no matter where I stand during this fight I get this error message 80% of the time. My skills aren't in red when it happens, I'm certainly in range. I have tried right up on him, a bit further away, and a bit further from that still. It has made the fight impossible as I can't even dps.
