Account Suspended(?) after having 3102 Error for 3 days - Have I been hacked?

I leveled up right as maintenance hit and my character was stuck logged in.

I sent them a ticket asking them to kick the character out and now they just auto-suspend the account.

It had nothing to do with hacking or RMT spammers... Still haven't even gotten an e-mail from them.

To any suffering this issue: Just make a new character for a while on JP servers, asking SE to fix it will just get your account banned.
