Account Suspended(?) after having 3102 Error for 3 days - Have I been hacked?

For the past three days I have been unable to log in because of 3102 errors on all NA/EU servers, although I've been able to log into JP servers just fine. SE support has as of yet not respond to my ticket about the 3102 errors.

When I tried to log in today however I received the following error:

You could not log in because the service account in question is not registered. If you would like to log in to the service, please log into the Square Enix Account Management System and register the service account.

However, when I viewed my account services on Mog Station it said that both of my FFXIV service accounts were suspended, and I was not able to take any action on either account (such as registering a payment option).

My question is: Have I been hacked? Was I receiving the 3102 errors because somebody else was on my account? What course of action should I take now to get my account unsuspended/recovered?

I was getting the 3102 last night and when i try to log in, it says my account is suspended. I am able to log into all other SE sites normally without having to change passwords, including the Mog Station. Submitted a chat ticket and an email but still awaiting responses.

Have had the same issue with 3102 since last Monday.
Called San Diego CSR and they said an issue was on the one-time password and to reset it on the account. They erased it over the phone and still solved nothing. Was able to log back into Mogstation or whatever it was at the time.

Wednesday morning I did this and still had 3102 and when I called and waited for over 2.5 hours they answered and said business hours are now closed, call back next Monday. Such Shitty CSR, its nearing my last nerve of just saying forget about it, my money is better spent elsewhere.

As of this morning now I have the Account Suspended Notice.
And like above I was playing fine on a JP server.
No e-mail notice received, no justification for suspension, no new characters on my account or for that matter when I go on lodestone like some have suggested all my characters on NA/EU show as Logged Off.

More than likely, a gold spammer got access to your account, and used your toon to spam their website till your account got suspended. For some reason, you can't boot off someone else if they're on your toon when you try to log on the same guy, it just states "you're already logged in etc....." There's been a notice on the launcher saying a third party has obtained unauthorized access to player's accounts, so that is probably what's causing all of this.

i received no email stating that i was trying to log in from another IP or some such...I'm going on 7 days and still waiting for my "investigation" to conclude

I leveled up right as maintenance hit and my character was stuck logged in.

I sent them a ticket asking them to kick the character out and now they just auto-suspend the account.

It had nothing to do with hacking or RMT spammers... Still haven't even gotten an e-mail from them.

To any suffering this issue: Just make a new character for a while on JP servers, asking SE to fix it will just get your account banned.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
