Dragoon looking for casual endgame-focused FC (wait, what?)

I know my thread title might seem like an oxymoron, but allow me to explain. I am a Legacy Dragoon who has just finished the main story. My new focus is to make my Dragoon the best it can be, be it from obtaining new armor (Darklight or otherwise) or going for my Relic (yes, please!).

I would like to do these things with people I know can handle them on a consistent basis; ie, completing the dungeons/primal hard fights with more success than failure, or that have at least studied up on how they work beforehand and not running blind just hoping for a lucky win. At the same time, I am NOT looking for a FC where there is a login requirement of "must play X hours per day" or that kind of thing. I'm down with events, but if they're mandatory, I can't say that I can commit. I play an awful lot, though, but RL always comes first, and it comes often on my end.

So when I say I want a casual endgame-focused FC, what I mean is I want to be able to log on to the game and say, "Anyone want to do ____?" (the blank being an endgame activity) and have people that are readily available to do it, and know how to do it, and are working towards the same goals in mind. I don't want a purely social FC or an FC with so many people on it that the FC member's goals are so spread out ("Sorry, I'm only Lv 29 right now") that it won't get done.

Anyway, that's the jist. I'm currently based in EST and can do teamspeak/mumble/etc as well. I can also elaborate further, too. But reply here or shoot me a message on GW if you can help me out

Currently there are only a handful of us who are working towards relic right now while I am personally and others are on Garuda hard and 1 other is on Titan. We try to run AK speed runs as much as possible to get us geared with Darklight in preparation for Titan. The rest of the FC is still progressing, but we aren't an overly huge Guild as we like to stay small and tight-knit.

We are currently based in PST. Not sure if that's a huge deal, but you seem to match our play style very well.
