    Batteries are full, recently changed to check for this and I tested on 2 different controllers. Also, I'm using a wireless adapter.

    Maybe try connecting the wireless adapter to another USB port and see if it helps at all? I know you said you're only having problems in FFXIV, but I'm just trying to think of things to try.
