Xbox 360 controller issue

I'm currently playing with my controller on PC and I'm having this problem where the controller stops working for a few seconds and then come back. The controller itself doesn't turns off and it works with other games without bugging.

Tried reinstalling the driver(currently 1.2), deleting My Games folder, wich was said to fix some weird bugs, recalibrating and on the worst case scenario I'll have to redownload the game.
Anyone having this issue or it's solution?

I have a wireless controller and adapter for my PC and haven't had issues with FFXIV. (I'm not sure if yours is wireless or wired.)

In the past when I experienced something similar to what you're describing (in other games), it was usually because the batteries were weak.

Batteries are full, recently changed to check for this and I tested on 2 different controllers. Also, I'm using a wireless adapter.

Maybe try connecting the wireless adapter to another USB port and see if it helps at all? I know you said you're only having problems in FFXIV, but I'm just trying to think of things to try.

Thanks for the ideas but none of them seems to work =/
For me it's a game breaking bug since my mouse isn't working properly and without controller I can't play the game.
I think I'll have to re-download the game then.
