<Immune> LF Hardcore raiders with the skills that bay the bills !

Hi Cerberus.

Let me start by telling you a little about myself. I have played wow and raided hardcore for the last 9 years and have mostly enjoyed it,i led my own guild for 5 years of that. I've always cleared all content (up to MOP) and treat my raiding very seriously. When FF:ARR came out i was forced to start on a US server since all EU ones where blocked where i leveled a level 50 BLM, I've cleared Ifrit and Garuda Hard Mode and was working on titan when i decided to bite the bullet and move to an EU realm (raiding at 1-5 am isn't really suitable for me)

So I'm leveling to 25 over night to get the guild up and running tomorrow morning and I expect to have this 50 up and running in 5 days time. In the mean time below is what i expect of our raiders and the joining requirments

Joining Requirements

*Raiders must have end game experaince (in any game)
*Raiders must be online for 80% of raids[*Raiders must show an interest in raiding (wiping doesnt matter, why we wiped does)
*Upgrading to the best gear possible is important (relic weapons/Philo Gear/+1 relic upgrade)
*Raiders must be able to use Raidcall (a simple but usefull comms program)


Guild Progression

Firstly stick with us and put effort into gearing/learning your toon and i can promise you you'll see all content available. My progression outlook is this

1. Next 5 days is leveling those that arn't 50 to 50 and getting AK/Ifrit and Guruda farm groups going
2. Sat/Sun 14th/15th - Fun days, meeting on RC (if we haven't already) running instances,farm ifrit / garuda runs
3. Monday - Weds Titan Kill + Farming
4. Tuesday - Start of Buhamets Coil

I don't have raid days/times set yet I'll discuss this with the raid as we build the guild but as an idea im looking at.

Tues,Weds,Thur,Sun - 8pm-12am GMT+1

You haven't even played with me, your only going on the word of someone who I was with in a ropey pug group. But sure ill be the big bad wolf of the forums!
Myself and Longon carried multiple groups through ifirt while farming for his weapons, so that post about me is a joke taken up the wrong way!
But no I'm not asking you to speak to me because clearly your not going to I'm just stating that I'm not as that post perceives me to be.

Maybe your not buddy, but if there's a warning notice out about you, do you have any idea what its like to recruit when people want to join then realise 'that guy' is in the guild and change there mind. I can't afford that right now and i apologise. Let me get set up and we'll talk, But im not looking for 'good' players im looking for the best. Best players don't pull ifrit because of a bad setup and make all the dps thats queud for 30 mins re-queue for another 30. They take the oppertunity on a harder run to figure it out and have fun. If its not hard...it isn't worth doing !
