Time Display setting not working (chat log)

Steps:
(windows version)
Go to System Configuration -> Log Windows Settings
Check Add time stamp to message
Put "Time Display" on "24-hour Format"
It will always display in "12-hour Format" regardless of the setting

I've the same issue.
I reported this using the in-game system but maybe it got lost in the aether or they didn't have time to fix it yet.
