Unable to Enter Amdapor Keep

Steps:

1. Accepted quest "Ghosts of Amdapor" from Waking Sands NPC. Spoke to Amdapor Keep entrance NPC and entered Amdapor Keep through duty finder, but never finished dungeon or quest.

2. Accepted quest "Twisted Beliefs" from Maelstrom quest NPC, which is the "trial" to advance in Grand Company rank after Chief Sergeant by entering Amdapor Keep through the duty finder. At this point, previous Amdapor Keep quest, "Ghosts of Amdapor" is removed from quest log, but is shown in "Completed Quests" section of journal. No message of completion is shown on screen.

3. Spoke to NPC at Amdapor Keep entrance, where they tell you to enter the instance through the duty finder. After duty finder matches the group up, a message saying a party member withdrew is shown in the chat, and opening the duty finder shows a message stating that the party is matched, and it is reserving an instance. It hangs there, never entering the instance. Attempted both solo and with a partner.

4. "Ghosts of Amdapor" story line quest is now "stuck" in completed quest log, as well abandoning "Twisted Beliefs" Maelstrom quest and retrying changes nothing.
