With the shortage of healers at the times when I CAN play, I've had to main heal 3 PUG instances so far [Sas, Tam and Copper Mines]. I only had trouble with one (Copper Mines) because the THM in the group (GLD,PUG,THM, ARC [me]) wanted to run ahead and pull aggro before the Tank got there every time. I didn't feel like being "that guy" so instead of telling him to "WAIT FOR THE TANK A$$HAT" I had to be more proactive with healing, at first. After the 3rd time he did that, I just let him die whenever he pulled aggro because I didn't want myself to be the focus of all the hate for over-healing a knucklehead squishy with tank aspirations. After dying a couple of times, he finally got the message and politely waited for the actual TANK to pull. Passive aggressive does work sometimes. =)
